Enhancing UX at THE

As the lead product designer at THE, I spearheaded the redesign of a critical data collection product; significantly enhancing user experience, driving user engagement and meeting business needs. Utilising user-centered design to meet prioritised business requirements.

 

 

Task

My task was to identify key pain points related to prioritized business and customer requirements, and to explore and develop design solutions that address these challenges. The goal was to deliver a seamless user experience that meets both customer needs and business objectives.

Results Overview

Average duration

52%

The redesign achieved a 52% reduction in the average duration of task completion, driven by optimizations on key pages like the Homepage and Welcome page. This time savings improved user experience by addressing the areas where dense content was previously causing friction and navigation was an issue.
